Garden Patch Barbecue Sauce
Garden Patch Barbecue Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small onion, quartered, 1 clove garlic, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 c. good thick ketchup and 2 tbsp. vinegar (apple), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Blend all ingredients in a blender until raisins are pulverized.
Remove and place in a saucepan.
Simmer on top of stove for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Makes 2 cups.
