Garden Fresh Pizza
Garden Fresh Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oleo, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms, 3 c. sliced yellow squash and 3/4 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Melt oleo in 10-inch nonstick skillet.
Add onion, mushrooms, squash, garlic salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes.
Whip eggs; pour over squash mixture and cook over medium heat until eggs are set.
Do not stir.
Layer pepperoni, Cheddar cheese, hot cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Cook about 5 minutes until cheeses are melted.
Serve at once.
Sausage or ground beef may be substituted for pepperoni.
