Funsten Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with pet-ritz pastry pie crust shell, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Beat eggs slightly in a 2-quart bowl. Stir in sugar, corn syrup and melted butter or margarine.
Stir in pecans.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. (You may use 5 eggs and double the recipe for 2 pies.)
