Beat eggs and add milk.
Sift flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Add egg and milk.
Beat until smooth.
Hold finger over bottom of funnel.

Fry until golden brown.
Drain on brown paper bags.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
