Combine flour, sugar, milk and eggs in bowl; beat until smooth. Heat 1/2-inch oil to 375Β° in electric skillet.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into funnel.
Drizzle into hot oil in spiral pattern, controlling flow with finger.
Fry for one minute on each side or until golden brown; drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
