Funnel Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large eggs, 1 c. milk, 1 3/4 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
Gradually beat in milk. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until smooth.
Pour into container with spout or use medium or large size funnel to pour with.
In small skillet or saucepan, heat oil.
Pour batter quickly into oil.
Cook until golden brown.
Place on paper towel to drain and sprinkle with confectioners sugar immediately.
