Funnel Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1/4 c. sugar, 3 to 4 c. all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
In a small bowl mix sugar, salt and baking powder.
In a large bowl beat eggs; add milk, then other dry mixture and beat until well mixed.
If mixture is too thick, add a little more milk. Fill electric skillet 1/2 to 3/4 full with oil.
Heat oil to 380° to 400° (very hot).
