Funnel Cake
Funnel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. soda, 3/4 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine dry ingredients. Add egg and milk, beating until smooth.
Heat 1/4-inch oil to 375Β° in skillet.
Cover bottom opening of a funnel with your finger. Pour 1/4 cup batter into funnel.
Hold funnel over center of skillet.
Release batter in a slow circular motion into hot oil.
Fry 2 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Eat this way or with syrup.
