Funnel Cake
Funnel Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Beat together ingredients with electric beater at least 3 minutes until well mixed.
Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or skillet until batter into a funnel. Be sure to cover with finger.
Then, holding over hot oil, release some of batter a circular motion, then crisscross to form one funnel cake.
Cook until light brown on both sides. Drain paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve warm.
Extreme caution as oil is very hot.
