12-inch skillet over medium heat about 3/4-inch oil to 325Β°.
In medium bowl with wire whisk or fork, mix flour and next

Holding a narrow-spouted funnel, close with finger; pour about 1/2 cup batter into funnel.
Remove finger to let batter run out in a stream while making a 6-inch (diameter) spiral.
Fry 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown, turning on paper towels. Sprinkle or sift with confectioners sugar.
