Funeral Salad
Funeral Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. knox gelatin, 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 9 oz. container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil the gelatin, pineapple and sugar and cool.
Soften cream cheese.
Whip, then add Cool Whip.
Combine ingredients and place in an 8-inch square container.
Chill.
