Fun Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 3/4 tsp. baking soda, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. softened butter or shortening and 2/3 c. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
Cream together the butter or shortening and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Blend in flour mixture slowly.
Stir in M&M's.
Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 11 minutes until browned.
