Fudgy Mocha Nut Pie
Fudgy Mocha Nut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. butter or oleo, 1/2 c. hershey's cocoa, 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. water and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
In medium saucepan, over low heat, melt butter.
Add cocoa; stir until smooth.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk, water, eggs, instant coffee and chocolate chips; whisk until blended.
Remove from heat.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake 50 minutes or until center is set.
