Fudgy Chocolate Cookie Bars
Fudgy Chocolate Cookie Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, 3/4 c. confectioners sugar, 1/4 c. hershey's cocoa, 1 c. cold margarine or butter and 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In bowl combine flour, sugar and cocoa. Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Press on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
In saucepan, melt 1 cup chips with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Pour over crust.
Top with walnuts and remaining chocolate chips.
Press down firmly.
Bake 20 minutes or until set.
Cut into bars.
