Preheat oven to 350Β°. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Stir sugar, butter, choco bake, eggs, water and vanilla in large bowl.
Stir in flour mixture.
Spread into prepared baking pan.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes.
Cool completely.
Makes 2 dozen brownies.
