Fudgie Scotch Ring
Fudgie Scotch Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) (1 c.) pkg. semi-sweet bits, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits, 1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated), 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt chocolate and butterscotch pieces with condensed milk in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water.
(Water should not touch bottom of top double boiler pan.) Stir occasionally until bits are melted and mixture begins to thicken.
Remove pan from heat and add chopped walnuts and vanilla.
Blend well.
Chill about 1 hour until mixture thickens.
