Fudge Topping
Fudge Topping is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or margarine, 2 c. powdered sugar, 2/3 c. milk chocolate chips and 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil all ingredients for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool and spoon over ice cream.
Add peanuts, if desired.
Return to freezer.
