Fudge Sundae Sauce
Fudge Sundae Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, 1 c. whipping cream, 1/4 c. cold coffee and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In medium saucepan, combine chocolate, cream, coffee and salt. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Cover and refrigerate.
