Fudge Sundae Pie
Fudge Sundae Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. evaporated milk, 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels (1 c.), 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/4 tsp. salt and vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put milk, chocolate morsels, marshmallows and salt into a heavy 1-quart saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until chocolate and marshmallows melt completely and mixture thickens.
Take off heat. Cool to room temperature.
Line bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan with vanilla wafers.
Spoon half of 1 quart vanilla ice cream over the wafers.
Cover with half of chocolate mixture.
Place whole nuts on top.
Freeze until firm, 3 to 5 hours.
