Fudge Sundae Pie
Fudge Sundae Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 1 c. kraft miniature marshmallows, 1/4 tsp. salt and graham cracker crust or vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put evaporated milk, chocolate morsels, marshmallows and salt into heavy 1-quart saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until chocolate and marshmallows melt completely and mixture thickens.
Take off heat and cool to room temperature.
Use a 9-inch pie pan.
Fill with a graham cracker crust or line bottom and sides of pan with vanilla wafers.
Spoon 1/2 of 1 quart vanilla ice cream over crust or wafers with 1/2 the chocolate mixture.
Repeat with rest of ice cream, then chocolate.
Top with chopped peanuts or pecans.
