Fudge Ribbon Cake
Fudge Ribbon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. plus 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In small mixer bowl, combine 2 tablespoons butter, cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat at high speed until smooth and creamy. Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixer bowl.
Blend well. Spread 1/2 batter into a sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over batter.
Carefully spread other 1/2 of batter over the cream cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes but make first check at 40 minutes.
