Fudge Pudding Cake
Fudge Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 2/3 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine first 5 dry ingredients.
Add milk, vanilla and butter and beat until smooth.
Stir in the walnuts and spread the batter in a buttered 6 cup casserole.
Over the batter, sprinkle the mixture of the brown sugar and cocoa.
Over this, pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 50 minutes.
Do not attempt to turn out this cake.
The bottom is full of fudge sauce.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
