Fudge Pie
Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 2 egg yolks, 2 oz. chocolate and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream butter until soft and gradually add sugar.
Blend until creamy.
Beat in the egg yolks.
Melt the chocolate over hot water and when slightly cool, add to mixture.
Add flour gradually; add vanilla.
Whip the egg whites until stiff.
Add salt and fold into the first mixture.
Bake in a slow oven, 325Β°, for 30 minutes. Serve the pie topped with a scoop of ice cream.
