Fudge Pecan Pie
Fudge Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pie crusts, 3/4 c. oleo (1 1/2 sticks), 4 1/2 tbsp. cocoa, 1 1/4 c. hot water and 3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt oleo.
Add cocoa and stir until dissolved.
Add water; stir with wire whisk.
In separate bowl mix thoroughly the sugar, flour and salt, then add to mixture.
Stir until smooth.
Before filling crust, heat mixture until dark.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
