Fudge Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. confectioners sugar and 1 1/2 sq. melted bitter chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Warm slightly the butter, but don't melt it.
Cream butter with confectioners sugar.
When thoroughly blended, beat in egg, melted bitter chocolate and vanilla.
