Fudge Icing
Fudge Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 c. white karo syrup and 2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate (1 sq. = 3 tbsp. cocoa plus 1 tbsp. oil), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Ingredients together.
Over low heat until chocolate and margarine melt.
Bring to a rapid boil (one you can not stir down).
Boil exactly 1 minute; set aside to cool. Beat until mixture loses its gloss.
If stiff, add a few drops of cream.
If too thin, add sifted confectioners sugar.
This is great poured over warm yellow cake.
Serve with a good cup of coffee.
