Fudge Icing
Fudge Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 heaping tbsp. cocoa, 1 stick butter, enough evaporated milk to mix well and 1 box confectioners sugar, sifted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients excluding confectioners sugar and bring to a boil.
Stir to prevent sticking.
Remove from heat and add confectioners sugar.
Add about 1/3 at a time, and use an electric mixer for beating.
Add vanilla and continue mixing until mixture is of spreading consistency.
Add chopped nuts if desired.
