Made with 2 c. sugar, 10 regular or 100 miniature marshmallows, 1 stick margarine, 1 large bag chocolate or butterscotch chips and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bring sugar, evaporated milk and marshmallows to boil in deep pan at medium heat.
Boil 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add margarine, vanilla and chips.
Stir until melted.
Add 1 cup chopped nuts if desired.
Pour on buttered plate and cool before cutting into squares.
