Fudge Cake
Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 3/4 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 c. shortening (i used crisco butter flavored shortening), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

I mix the dry ingredients and the liquid ingredients separately and then put them together.
Beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
Grease and flour 2 round pans or 1 long pan or 1 Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° until done.
