Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. pet evaporated milk, 16 large marshmallows, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sugar, milk, marshmallows, margarine and salt in a heavy 2 quart saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat to a boil (mixture will be bubbling all over).
Boil and stir 5 minutes
Remove from heat. Stir in until completely melted 6 ounces chocolate chips.
Add nuts and vanilla and stir well.
Spread in a buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cool. Cut into 30 pieces.
