Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 3 2/3 c. sugar, 1 1/8 c. brown sugar, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk and 32 large marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put first 4 ingredients in large pan and stir over low heat until dissolved.
Turn up heat, stir a few times until it comes to a boil.
Cover and let boil for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved.
Add chocolate and stir until melted.
Pour into lightly greased 10 x 15-inch pan and chill before cutting.
