Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. granulated sugar, large can evaporated milk, 1/8 lb. butter or margarine, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring sugar, milk, butter, salt and vanilla to a rapid boil in large pan.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Add to sugar mixture the chocolate bar, marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecans.
Stir and mix rapidly until all ingredients are blended in.
Put fudge into a large cake pan greased with butter (13 x 9-inch or larger).
It sets very fast.
Cut into squares.
