Scald milk; add chocolate until melted.
Put in sugar and syrup.
Bring to boil.
Remove from heat.
Add rest of ingredients.
Grease a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir until dull sheen.
Pour in pan.
