Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (2 sticks), 4 c. granulated sugar, 1 large can evaporated milk, 2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits and 1 jar marshmallow whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook the first 3 ingredients until forms soft ball in cold water (240Β°).
Remove from heat.
Add the chocolate bits, marshmallow whip and vanilla.
Beat until chocolate bits are melted.
May sprinkle chopped nuts over top.
Makes large batch.
