Frypan Fruitballs

Heat electric frypan to 220Β°. Melt butter in pan; add dates and salt. Beat eggs and sugar and add to pan. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool, then add fruit and nuts. Stir in Rice Krispies and flavoring. Form 1 1/2-inch balls and roll in coconut or extra chopped nuts. Store in refrigerator. Will keep up to 1 month.
