Fruity Topped Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) roll refrigerator slice and bake sugar cookie dough, 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. reduced calorie cream cheese, 1/4 c. skim milk and 2 tbsp. white sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices.
Arrange cookie slices, slightly overlapping, on aluminum foil covered 14-inch pizza pan. Press edges to seal.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
Cool; remove from foil onto serving dish.
Combine cream cheese, milk, sugar, vanilla and almond extracts until well blended.
Spread over crust.
Arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture.
Glaze with combination of apricot preserves, water and strawberry extract.
Cut into wedges.
