Fruity Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oats (quick or old-fashioned), uncooked, 1 c. flour or 1/4 c. oat brand and 3/4 c. flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 400Β°.
Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups.
