Fruity Coolers
Fruity Coolers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sliced strawberries, 2 ripe bananas, sliced, 2 peeled peaches, sliced, 1 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt and 1 c. apple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place 1 cup strawberries, half of the bananas, half of the peaches, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup apple juice and 1/2 cup sparkling water in a blender.
Process until smooth.
Pour into tall glass, and repeat with remaining ingredients.
You can also substitute your family's favorite fruits.
