Dissolve package of Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1 pint vanilla ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until ice cream is melted.
Add about 2/3 cup diced, drained fruit.
Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
Garnish with 1 cup diced fruit.
Serves 6.
