Fruited Chicken Salad
Fruited Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. diced, cooked chicken, 15 oz. pineapple chunks, drained well, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained well and 1/2 c. sliced black olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix together the chicken, pineapple, celery, mandarin oranges, black olives, green peppers and onions.
In separate bowl combine mustard and mayo and then mix this blend with first mixture. Chill several hours.
Serve with green grapes on the side.
A lovely luncheon plate.
