Fruited Chicken Salad
Fruited Chicken Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with c. diced cold chicken, (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, c. celery, chopped, (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and c. pitted ripe olives, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, drained pineapple, celery, oranges, olives, green pepper and onion.
Blend salad dressing and mustard; toss gently with chicken mixture.
Cover and chill for several hours.
Just before serving, mix in chow mein noodles.
Put salad on lettuce lined serving bowl.
