Fruited Chicken Salad
Fruited Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, 1 small can mandarin oranges, 1 medium can pineapple (crushed), celery according to taste and mayonnaise with little juice from pineapple or oranges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake chicken breasts cut into small pieces (squares). Cut up celery and oranges and add to chicken, then add pineapple. Use mayonnaise, enough to hold together the ingredients.
