Fruited Cheese Salad
Fruited Cheese Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cream-style cottage cheese, 1 qt. cool whip, thawed, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple jello, 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained and 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In mixing bowl, blend together cottage cheese and thawed Cool Whip.
Beat until blended.
Stir in dry jello.
Fold in pineapple and mandarin oranges.
Press into 7 or 8 cup mold.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Unmold onto serving plate.
Makes 12 servings.
