Fruited Bulgur
Fruited Bulgur is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bulgur, 1 c. water, 1 c. apricot nectar, 1/3 c. mixed dried fruit bits and 1 tbsp. oat bran, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place bulgur in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain and place in a container with a tight fitting cover.
Add water, apricot nectar, fruit bits, oat bran and honey.
Add onion powder.
Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
