Fruitcake Cupcakes
Fruitcake Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1-lb. dates, chopped, 1-lb. candied cherries, 4 slices candied pineapple, 3/4 c. whiskey and 1-qt. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Soak dates, cherries and pineapple in whiskey until all is absorbed.
Add pecans, sugar, flour and eggs to fruit.
