Fruitcake Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. buttermilk and 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine margarine and sugar, creaming until light and fluffy. Add eggs, buttermilk, flour, soda and spices.
Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 300Β° for 25 minutes.
Makes approximately 7 dozen.
