Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 lb. oleo, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream the cheese, oleo and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla.
Add 2 cups flour and baking powder.
Into fruit and walnuts, put 1/4 cup flour.
Fold floured fruit into batter.
Bake 1 hour 10 minutes at 325Β° in a greased and floured tube pan.
Let cake cool in pan 25 minutes, then remove.
