Fruit Topping is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, juice from 1 medium can pineapple, 1 c. sugar and juice from 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat egg; add pineapple juice, lemon juice and sugar.
Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes.
Refrigerate until cold. Serve over any combination of fruit.
I like the pineapple chunks that the juice was drained from, bananas, white grapes, peaches, etc.
Fruit can be fresh or canned.
