Fruit Soup
Fruit Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pitted prunes, 1 c. raisins, 1 c. dried apples, 2 qt. water and 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large saucepan, combine prunes, raisins, dried apples and water.
Set aside for 8 hours or overnight.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring mixture to boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 1 hour.
Discard cinnamon sticks before serving. Serve hot or cold.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
