Fruit Soup
Fruit Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. minute tapioca, 2 tbsp. sugar or equivalent sugar substitute, 1 c. water, 1 small can mandarin oranges and 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine tapioca, sugar (if using substitute, add to tapioca after cooking) and water in a saucepan and allow to stand for a few minutes.
Cook until thick.
Add orange juice, strawberries and oranges.
Chill for 30 minutes.
